I have to reinstall this app multiple times per season. on June 25 and 26 the app would not let me sign in after entering the verification code, just kept looping back to "get started" page. uninstalled and reinstalled on June 26 and now the app is working again. Buying tickets inside the app never works, I have to go to each team's website individually to purchase tickets each year, and then hope this app works on game day. I have visited 2-3 new parks each year for the last 4 years.

This is the second time I downloaded the app in the last 3 month. I deleted it for the same reason. It keeps switching back to the "get started" screen after I verify my account by typing in the code that is texted to me (multiple times). If I click "forget password" the verification screen can not be found when I leave to open my email. If I need to open my tickets on this app it should not be this difficult to just sign in.

Does. not. work. I've tried signing in 7 different times and tried all the ways that people suggested in the other reviews. I have been stuck at the "Get Started" screen for 2 hours. All I wanted to do was play bingo for my team. Considering the fact that this is also where tickets normally go, this is awful. Fix this. You're literally going to lose money if you don't because people are going to stop paying for tickets if this is the app they're supposed to be. link doesn't work either. 🫩
