About this game

Card Crawl Adventure is a solitaire style roguelike deckbuilding card game.

In this single player card game you travel the world to visit cozy Taverns, play against devious monsters and loot shiny treasures.

By drawing a path across your cards you combine them to create powerful attacks and magical spells. Collect and improve your cards, equip powerful items and refine your strategy. Each character comes with its own cards and effects which will challenge your wit, courage and resourcefulness.

All adventures are randomly generated and every week you are invited to join the Weekly Tavern Crawl to compete with other adventurers around the world on a unique journey through the taverns of Card Crawl.

I'm here from Card Crawl, as I really enjoy that game by the same dev, but this one is simply too complicated with an annoying & lackluster tutorial that leaves you holding a bag of confusion/frustration within the first ten minutes of playing. I have given this game several hours of my life and still don't have any greater grasp of how to properly play it than I did going in blind. Elements are cute & creative, but it's just too difficult + not enough examples of gameplay/strategy. Sorry.

I absolutely love all your games that youve made(especially this one). One of your greatest hits by far! I love how you meshed Card Thief with Card Crawl(the original). At first it was kind of difficult to understand but before I knew it I had beaten my first playthrough making it to the end. Genius way of including the bestiary btw since some enemies or other card types are rare to come by. Not to mention that the character designs are top notch. Excellent music too. Would recommend

I love all this Dev's games, for the most part. This one is quite challenging, but not so hard it isn't fun! The tutorial makes it seem very challenging and like another reviewer said, like a bunch of games in one, but once you start playing it's not too hard to learn. I think the tutorial needs to be tweaked so it's not so much of an information dump at once. Also, the shuffling transitions are... Too.... Slow....
