Loved the game at first. Until i didnt. Played well into the 300th level and purchased many coin packs. Had over 3 mill in coins, with absolutely no way to save progress, as the "save progress" button does not work. A glitch happened and i had to reinstall the game. It put me back to the start. All levels gone, all purchased packs gone. All over 3 mill coins gone. Spent 3 days trying to reach support. No answers. Ever. Even though it says "Support is known to answer within 15 minutes.

well I gave 5 stars in the 1st review now I give it a 1. cannot get a hold of customer support. 2 of the events in the game are froze up. I've cleared cache & closed app. I have uninstalled then reinstalled twice. and cannot get a response back from anyone. what was an awesome game is not so much anymore. time to find a new one.

well love the game but no support team been waiting 3 days for them to get back to me about putting my account from old phone to my new one haven't heard anything from them I keep trying but nothing it sucks you have no sign in for your game and have no support team to answer so much for 15 minutes more like 15 days
